Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
We are currently hiring a Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a modern outpatient clinic setting. This position offers a balanced work-life schedule, a strong support staff, and an established patient base in two desirable Southern California communities. The ideal candidate is committed to building long-term relationships with patients and delivering evidence-based care in a collaborative and efficient practice environment.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Setting: Outpatient-only primary care (no hospital duties)
- Work Type: Full-time or part-time
- Compensation: Competitive salary or 1099 model (DOE)
- Support Team: Medical assistants, administrative staff, and mid-level providers
Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active California medical license (or in progress)
- Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan
- Bilingual is a plus
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and patient-focused
